Can I prepay my prescription online?
We currently only accept payments at the pharmacy
What if I forget to pick up my prescription at the indicated time?
We will hold your prescription for seven days. If you’ve forgotten to pick up your prescription in this time, call us and we’ll be happy to refill it.
Can I pick up my mother's prescription? What information do I need?
You must show the proper identification and you must be an authorized caregiver for the patients whose prescription you are picking up. We also ask that the patient call and notify us that someone other than patient will be picking up their prescription.
How can I transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy?
Call us with the patients name, phone number, date of birth, pharmacy name, telephone number, prescription number and name of medication. We will call the pharmacy for the transfer. If you have had a prescription filled with us previously, and we have your current information, we will have your prescription ready for you. If you have not had any prescriptions filled with us in the past, we will need your personal and insurance information when you arrive to pick up your prescription.
If I have no refills remaining, can I still request a refill online?
Yes, we will contact your physician for you to request a refill. You will be required to enter your phone number so we may contact you at a later time.
Can I use my prescription card at your pharmacy?
Yes, we support most major insurance companies.
Can you help me with Medicare Part D questions?
Yes, we will help you the best we can, if we do not know the answer, we will assist you in any way possible. We regularly attend seminars to keep us updated on the new changes and guidelines with Medicare and how it affects our customers.
If I order my prescriptions now, when will it be ready for pick up?
When requesting a refill online, you will receive a confirmation which will include the estimated time your prescription will be ready.
Can you deliver my prescriptions?
We do not offer delivery services at this time.
